Inglés Ahora may offer free and premium subscription plans. Premium features are available through in-app purchases processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the payment terms of the respective platform. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
All content included in the App — including but not limited to audio lessons, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Inglés Ahora or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The App uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized tutoring and feedback. AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be perfectly accurate. The AI tutor is intended as a learning aid and does not replace professional language instruction. We are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inglés Ahora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms within the App or by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
